Set up and maintenance of machines, materials and tool libraries is completed in the CAM Assist Configuration pages.
The Configure stage of the CAM Assist workflow helps you onboard and tune CAM Assist to your specific factory/shop environment and settings. CAM Assist can help with configuration by using your historic CAM documents to ‘learn’.
The primary objective of the Configure stage is to set up your environment for successful CAM Assist runs. To this end, CAM Assist configurations are set for machines, materials and tool assemblies.
These include any information defined in the CAM session in addition to generic data maintained by CloudNC and any specific information defined by your organisation.
The three configuration pages are accessed through the left-hand side menu bar shown on all screens.
All users in the same instance share cloud-libraries for Machines, Materials and Tools.
You can return to your place in the CAM Assist workflow by clicking the Return to Part button.
