CAM Assist requires a MyMastercam account for activation. When you launch CAM Assist, the MyMastercam sign-in window opens, and you authenticate using your MyMastercam account credentials.
The email address associated with your MyMastercam account is used to authenticate with the CloudNC service. To successfully activate CAM Assist, that email address must be assigned to an available seat on your CAM Assist subscription.
A MyMastercam account is free to create at https://my.mastercam.com/. The MyMastercam portal also provides tools for managing your account.
Once your MyMastercam account has been assigned a CAM Assist subscription seat, you can use the same account to sign in from multiple computers. Simply sign out on one machine before signing in on another. This is useful if you move between programming in the office and working on the shop floor.
