Moving an operation to another setup is necessary in many cases. These reasons may include:
- The need to move hole operations from one setup (direction) to another for better finishing characteristics
- Applying specific operations in an ordering required for complex machining
- Correcting CAM Assist output
To change the Setup, click the Setup drop-down menu and choose from the available setups.
Note - there may be only a single valid choice of setups.
Note - when a change is made to setup, the default behaviour will be to lock the field. This will prevent changes to other edit fields from changing the Setup field. Select the lock button to unlock the field.
