CAM Assist Authentication Browser Repeatedly Opening (Error)

Why is the CAM Assist authentication browser repeatedly opening?

The authentication browser will repeatedly open when CloudNC CAM Assist attempts to authenticate your account, but the email address you are signed into your CAM Package with with has not been registered or activated for CAM Assist.

This can appear as:

  • The browser opening repeatedly

  • Being redirected to the authentication page multiple times

  • CAM Assist never fully completing sign-in


What are the steps to fix the CAM Assist authentication browser issue?

  1. Ensure your email is registered for CAM Assist, following these steps:
    • Sign into the billing portal
    • Select the white box with your subscription details
    • Add the emails for your users
  2. Confirm the email you are using with your CAM Package matches the email on file with CAM Assist 
  3. If the authentication browser continues to open after confirming your email is registered, please raise a support ticket or email the details to product-support@cloudnc.com.
