Issue: SSL Server Verification Failed
Cause: "SSL Server Verification Failed" — typically points to a missing or invalid SSL certificate on the system.
Solution:
Review the system's SSL settings and root certificate authorities. Please install the Amazon Root Certificate using the steps below:
- Download the certificate from HERE.
- Ensure that CN=Amazon Root CA 1, O=Amazon, C=US is added to your trusted certificate store (select the DER format).
- Open the downloaded file, which should display the certificate details.
4. Click on Install and accept the default options during installation.
