How do I install CAM Assist for Mastercam?
Close Mastercam before installing.
Extract the .exe file from the downloaded .zip file and double click the file to begin the installation.
On the Welcome page, click Next.
Read the License Agreement (Terms of Use), then click I Agree if you accept. (Click Cancel if you do not agree, or contact CloudNC Support if you have questions before proceeding.)
Choose Install Location for CAM Assist files. By default, the following folder is used on your local machine: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Shared Mastercam 2024\Add-Ins
Choose Install Location for the Tool Library files. By default, the following folder is used on your local machine: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Shared Mastercam 2024\mill\Tools
Click Install.
Ensure Run Mastercam is checked, then click Finish to launch Mastercam.
Inside Mastercam, locate the CloudNC tab and expand the CAM Assist panel.
The first time you open CAM Assist, an authentication browser should open. Sign in using your My Mastercam credentials, and Allow the authorization.
Assuming you have an active subscription to CAM Assist, you will see a confirmation page indicating a successful login and will be able to run CAM Assist.
