How do I upgrade to Gov Cloud?
To upgrade to GovCloud, contact Customer Success or the sales team member you originally worked with. Since GovCloud is an add-on, we will issue a new quote and invoice for the purchase. Once approved, our team will configure your subscription so your jobs are processed using AWS GovCloud (US) infrastructure. There is no toggle in CAM Assist — the upgrade is managed at the backend, ensuring your data is routed securely through GovCloud.
