How do I cancel my subscription?
- Login to the CloudNC Portal (only the billing contact will have access)
- Click on the white subscription box (which shows your plan price)
- Select Cancel Subscription
Please note that cancellations are only accepted within the cancellation period, specified for your contract. If you cancel outside of your cancellation period, you will still be financially responsible for your contract until the end of the contract term.
