How do I contact support?
To contact support from within your CAM Package, select Help Center from the CAM Assist drop down menu. You will be redirected to the help center where you can choose to talk to our team and submit a form to get technical support.
For immediate assistance, you can start a chat with the CAM Assist Support Agent via the pop-up on our website, cloudnc.com. If the CAM Asist Support Agent is unable to resolve the issue, the ticket will be escalated to a human.
