How do I exclude a setup from CAM Assist?

Below are the steps required to exclude a setup from CAM Assist:

1. Access the Prepare phase.
2. In the main Prepare window, you will see the names of your setups that have been imported from you CAM package. 
3. Untick the box next to the name of the setup
4. This will now exclude this setup from the CAM Assist operation, and will generate no strategy for it.
